Yes you can.
The lodges have a minimum stay of 2 nights but we recommend staying at least 3 nights for the best experience.
The roads inside Madikwe Game Reserve are a combination of tar roads and gravel roads. Final access to the lodges inside the park are gravel roads. The conditions of the gravel roads change depending on the season and weather and are accessible with smaller vehicles (2×4) and we advise against arriving in a sports car or a car with low profile tyres where you have limited clearance. Depending on which gate you enter, you might be required to drive 10-30 km’s on gravel roads before entering the park. These are gates situated on the Northern, Eastern and Southern border. If you drive slowly, a normal car (2×4) with normal clearance will be sufficient but we would again advise against using a sports car or a car with low profile tyres and limited clearance. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our consultants for further advise on the road conditions. Safe travels.
